When the user successfully renews in the online store and receives a new authorization information, the expiration date in the ESET product will not be updated immediately, and the new expiration date will usually be automatically updated within 24 to 48 hours after the successful renewal .

If the expiration date is not updated, you can use your license key to activate the product again.

Open ESET Products > Help and Support > Change Authorization > Use the purchased authorization key > Enter the authorization serial number
